Trip from Nevada City to Flaming Gorge Utah

Well I am off again. Making my way to familiar drive from Northern California to Boulder Colorado to visit my daughter. I try and make new stops and take new roads to mix things up and see the beautiful country between here and there. I have been wanting to go to Flaming Gorge for a while now. Here is the route I took in early May, 2025. I basically took Hwy 40 to 191. The drive was amazing especially between Heber City and Duscshne Here are a couple of photos. Lots of Aspens!! I can only imagine what it is like in the Fall. The area around Strawberry resevoir was off the hook.
